Ingredients Slaw Base 1/2 medium green cabbage, thinly shredded (about 500 g) 1 large carrot, shredded (about 75 g) 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce (about 50 g) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered (about 150 g) 4 green onions, sliced (about 25 g) 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and chopped (about 225 g before cooking) Creamy Dressing 3/4 cup mayonnaise (180 g) 1/4 cup sour cream (60 g) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Instructions 1. Cook the Bacon Cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and allow it to cool before chopping into bite-sized pieces. 2. Make the Dressing In a large mixing bowl combine: 3/4 cup mayonnaise (180 g) 1/4 cup sour cream (60 g) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Whisk until smooth and creamy. 3. Build the Slaw Add: Shredded cabbage Shredded carrot Green onions Romaine lettuce Toss until evenly coated with the dressing. 4. Add the BLT Toppings Fold in most of the bacon and tomatoes. Reserve a small amount of bacon, tomatoes, and green onions for garnish. 5. Chill Cover and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop. 6.
