The flight was operated with a Boeing B737-300 by BulAir on behalf of Bulgaria Air. BulAir is a Bulgarian charter airline which sometimes operates flights for Bulgaria Air. Overall, the flight was OK. The complimentary inflight service was pretty good. The cabin crew was professional and friendly. The arrival in Sofia was on time. However, the legroom was pretty poor and my knees kept bumping against the seat in front. The aircraft also showed its age and could be better maintained and cleaned.
