OPET Kadın Gücü Sayesinde Kadınlara Yeni İş İmkanları

OPET, an innovative and pioneering company in the fuel sector, is rapidly progressing its new social responsibility project, "Women's Power," which addresses one of the most important issues on Turkey's agenda: women's employment. As part of the project, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, and OPET to increase women's employment at OPET stations, OPET is reviewing its human resources processes at its stations and aims to have at least two women employees at each station. OPET, operating with the vision of contributing to a more conscious society by protecting education, health, the environment, and historical values, launched the Women's Power project to change social perception and provide equal opportunities for women in the workforce. The project includes special training and professional development programs, ensuring that OPET dealers benefit from İŞKUR employment incentives during the recruitment process. OPET, which operates over 1,700 fuel stations in Turkey, is eliminating occupational gender discrimination at fuel stations through a project implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. OPET aims to increase the number of female employees. As part of the project, OPET is reviewing its human resources processes at gas stations and aiming to have at least two female employees at each station. It aims to provide women with employment opportunities in various positions, such as fuel and market sales representatives, station managers, shift supervisors, and accounting staff.
