🏍️ FUNIL CANYON BY MOTORCYCLE | EP. 2 – Camping on the Canyon's Edge in 5°C! 🏕️❄️ In the second episode of our adventure through Urubici and the surrounding region, we left our comfortable mountain cabin for an even more intense experience: camping on the edge of the incredible Funil Canyon! Our first stop of the day was the famous Serra do Corvo Branco. Unfortunately, the mountain range remains closed to traffic, but that didn't stop us from visiting one of the most photographed spots in the region: the impressive crevice carved between the mountains. The place was packed with tourists, motorcyclists, and nature lovers, all in search of that unforgettable shot. From there, we headed towards our main destination: the Funil Canyon. To reach the camping area, we faced about 6 km of off-road terrain with many rocks, challenging sections, and plenty of excitement for those traveling by motorcycle. An adventure that demanded attention, but was rewarded with simply spectacular landscapes. Arriving at the canyon, we paid R$ 100.00 per person for the motorbike camping (individual visits cost R$ 75.00) and chose our spot right near the edge of the abyss, with a breathtaking view. With the camp set up, it was time to relax. We opened a bottle of wine, prepared some snacks, and watched one of the most beautiful sunsets of the entire trip. The sky took on incredible hues as the strong wind and the mountain chill began to show their strength. The night was a chapter apart. The wind didn't let up, and the thermometers reached close to 5°C during the early morning, providing a true camping experience in the Serra Catarinense.
