Hello! Art lovers :) Welcome to Day 14 of my Drawing Challenge! 🎨✨ Today’s practice focused on strengthening the foundations of drawing through line exercises, shape control, and gesture drawing. I started by practising different types of lines, including straight lines, curved lines, parallel lines, directional lines, and flowing strokes. These exercises help improve hand control, line confidence, and overall drawing accuracy. Next, I worked on basic shape exercises using circles, ellipses, spirals, curves, and continuous flowing forms. Shape practice helps train the eye to see structure and improves sketching consistency. Finally, I completed gesture drawing studies to capture movement, energy, and flow rather than focusing on small details. Gesture drawing is one of the best ways to understand posture, rhythm, and action in a figure. Every small practice session builds stronger drawing fundamentals. This challenge will help you to improve step by step, and I'm excited to continue learning and sharing the journey with you.
