Brunch at Cafe East, Bow E3

Cafe East is a caff in the Eastend of London, Bow. We were very lucky to be seated soon after we arrived because there’s normally a queue. The cafe is designed with a mashup of urban photos and jungle designs. The hash browns and eggs are plated with fresh exotic fruits and edible flowers. Our food tasted as good as it looked but the place is so small and packed we were eating elbow to elbow with other eaters, but the food and service made up for that quickly. We loved how the place was full and everyone was from different back grounds, different ages, different religions and cultures. This joint has served the likes of Ghetts, Headie One, D Block Europe and Jorja Smith. Perfectly presented pancakes and exotic fruit aside, it's earned a reputation for respecting Bow's music history.
