BRIDGEPORT - Preparing U.S. Marines for Rigorous Mountain Warfare

U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 24, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, establish field lodging and conduct an acclimation hike as part of Mountain Training Exercise 1-26 at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, California, Jan. 16, 2026. The field lodging consisted of a chapel, a forward battalion aid station, and a field Marine Corps Exchange to ensure the Marines and Sailors’ safety and quality of life throughout their time in the field.
