After more than 18 years dedicated to A-100 Development, including 12 successful years serving as the CEO, I am formally announcing my decision to step down from the company. During this time, the company has grown several times in all respects, but the team and I are particularly proud of the landmark residential complexes we've developed — Novaya Borovaya, Pirs, Zelyonaya Gavan, and Depo, which are home to tens of thousands of satisfied residents in Belarus. The choice to leave the company and the projects I've devoted the majority of my life to wasn’t spontaneous. I'm sharing the insights behind my decision and the details surrounding it, for the first time in the attached video.
