Dalcroze Eurhythmics (Ages 4–6) Dalcroze Eurhythmics is a joyful and engaging way for young children to discover music through movement, rhythm, and play. In this class, students build essential musical skills—such as beat, rhythm, pitch, and dynamics—by engaging their whole bodies, making music a truly multisensory experience. Designed especially for early childhood, Dalcroze fosters coordination, listening, creativity, and social interaction in a supportive environment. It’s the perfect introduction to music, laying a strong foundation for future instrumental study while nurturing confidence, expression, and imagination. Program Overview / Key Goals -Develop an intuitive understanding of sound, tone, and rhythm through active listening and body movement -Explore elementary instruments such as xylophones, drums, and egg shakers -Spark imagination and creativity through musical stories and fairy tales -Build rhythmic skills with body percussion and rhythm instruments -Encourage social interaction and collaboration through group activities -Lay a strong foundation for future musical learning Course Details This course is designed for children ages 4–6. Each class is limited to five students to ensure personal attention and a supportive learning environment. Classes are held without parents present. For safety, children should enter the classroom without shoes.
