I Turned EVERY Ranch Snack Into REAL Ranch

Can ranch flavored snacks be turned into actual creamy ranch? To find out, we taste tested and ranked 15 ranch snacks including Doritos, Pringles, Ruffles, Cheez-Its, and so many more - Tier list included. Then we attempted something that sounds completely ridiculous: turning each one into real homemade ranch dip. The rules were simple: no extra seasonings allowed. The snacks had to provide ALL the flavor. To make each ranch, we infused buttermilk with the snacks themselves, hoping to transfer both the ranch seasoning and the base flavor of the snacks into a creamy ranch. After creating all 15 ranch dips, we conducted a blind taste test to see if the flavors actually transferred. Could we identify which snack was used to make each ranch? Would Cool Ranch Doritos taste like Cool Ranch Doritos in ranch form? Would Flamin' Hot Cool Ranch create a spicy tortilla chip ranch? Would the crackers outperform the chips? And which ranch snack would make the best ranch dressing overall? This quickly turned into one of the biggest food science experiments we've ever attempted, featuring snack rankings, blind taste tests, homemade ranch dressing, flavor extraction, and some of the strangest ranch creations we've ever eaten.
