Here is the ruler who from a semi-independent Bandom of Bosnia created the strongest nation of South Slavs. His country spread from Zadar in the west to Raska in the east. Bosnia was the first country in the Balkans that used gunpowder weapons. It first used them in 1378 during battle with the Venetians.
