Surprised My Wife with a Trip to Belize

Join me as I surprise my incredible wife with a birthday trip / baecation vacation to the beautiful country of Belize! The surprise was a complete success, and she had no idea until we were at JFK airport. We flew into Belize City, and the adventure truly began as we took a ferry past some of the most stunning islands in the Caribbean, including Caye Caulker, before arriving at our final destination of San Pedro. Upon arrival, we rented a golf cart and drove to the incredible Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection. The staff, especially Elvis, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, and the hospitality was exceptional. Our room was the breathtaking Oceanview Vista Suite, 1 Bedroom Suite, 1 King, Balcony, which was part of our all-inclusive package. We spent our days relaxing, enjoying the amazing food, and exploring the island. flight from San Pedro back to mainland Belize City by Tropicair.com Some of the culinary highlights included the best stew chicken on the island and incredible meals at all the on-resort restaurants. We also ventured off the resort to try Caramba's, a local spot that came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. We also took a trip to Secret Beach, where we enjoyed delicious frozen mango margaritas. The food journey continued with amazing sushi, fried plantains, shrimp egg tacos, and a unique egg sandwich with pork roll. We also enjoyed the local rum and tequila. Although the resort beach was being renovated, we made the most of it. We also discovered a gem called Robin's Kitchen, where we indulged in mouthwatering oxtail and jerk chicken. This trip was an unforgettable experience filled with love, laughter, and incredible memories.
