Anyone who is used to living on the payroll while giving up on his/her own free will and conscience, never complaining a single word about overtime without pay or frequent transfer and eventually becoming a slave or livestock raised by the company. It might be not straightforward to understand, but there are indeed a lot of so-called “black companies” in Japan. I’d like to show the reality of Japanese work environment to everyone in the world. Waking up at 5 a.m., getting home at midnight, punching in on weekends, harassed by my boss from time to time... That being said, I’m still trying hard to live a happy life.
