A list of the best and worst hotel chains in the UK has been shared by consumer watchdog Which?. While some were praised for being "clean" and "comfy", others were called "run-down" and "dirty". As the cost of living crisis worsens, people are looking for ways to cut back on costs. Hotels can be a costly expense, and so it's important to make sure you're getting your money's worth when staying in one.
