DJI Osmo Action 4 - Comparison & review on adjusting the sharpness levels in custom image settings

We are trying out H265 HEVC workflows again in our youtube uploads, hoping to analyse if H264 or H265 compression will be a better delivery format for youtube. In this video, we review the sharpness settings in the custom image settings, and we do a side-by-side compare. We actually like it at Sharpness -2 as the images looked more pleasant. Sharpness -1 is a good compromise when you need a safer capture, while Sharpness 0 to +2 seem to be too artificial with their edge highlights being overly enhanced. Tell us what do you think?
