Peppermint Cocoa Fragrance Oil smells just like a Starbucks Peppermint Mocha, with rich chocolate notes that are balanced by fresh peppermint notes. And the best part? It has very minimal discoloration and behaves wonderfully in CP. We used a special blend of oils to get this gorgeous wispy swirl design.
