Tarp Shelter Build | Teepee-Style 10x10 Winter Bushcraft Setup!!!

Welcome back to JJW Outdoors! 🌲 In today’s video, I am heading into nasty winter weather to set up a simple but effective teepee-style tarp shelter using a 10x10 square tarp. This shelter doesn’t really have an official name, so we’re calling it a TP (teepee) tent tarp setup. It’s a minimalist design that uses very few stakes, a single stick, and some basic cordage, making it perfect for bushcraft, backpacking, or emergency shelter situations. ❄️ What you’ll see in this video: Step-by-step tarp setup in snowy conditions How to fold and stake a square tarp Using sticks instead of tent poles Simple knots and cordage techniques Interior layout ideas for sleeping and gear Tips for improving space and weather protection This setup provides ground coverage, wind protection, and enough room for a sleeping pad and bag — all while keeping your gear dry.
