TOMATO JUICE - CANNING (OAG 2014)

BOIL THE JARS OF JUICE FOR 40 MINUTES When making tomato juice you get a much richer flavor if you extract the pulp not just the liquid. That is what this video is about. The food mill brand name is: Foley Food Mill. It does a great job of removing the seeds and skins and pressing the remaining pulp out the bottom. This was the season of 2014.
