A strong risk culture built in calm times is what carries organisations through crisis. 🔹 AI as a triple disruption: AI is reshaping business models, operations, and academic integrity simultaneously. Clinging to the old model is riskier than innovating. 🔹 Look inward, not just outward: Boards often focus on the external threat landscape, but organisational resilience, the ability to absorb shocks and recover, is where the real work lies.
