Fill Your Cup | Gentle Yin Yoga for Rest & Restoration

A gentle Yin practice to replenish from the inside out. In this slow, restorative class, we move through nourishing hip openers, soft forward folds, and a deeply supported legs-up-the-wall variation. We also work with the Kidney meridians — often associated with our deeper reserves of rest, resilience, and renewal — inviting the body to receive, restore, and refill. Expect long-held shapes, spacious transitions, and plenty of time to pause, breathe, and simply be. You’re welcome to bring pillows, blankets, bolsters, or anything that helps you feel supported and cosy.
