*WITHDRAWN* First Halifax 37052 (YJ06 XMC) on the X1 to Huddersfield

Bodywork: Wright Eclipse Gemini 1 Chassis: Volvo B7TL Engine: Volvo D7C Operator: First Halifax (Elmwood) Fleet number: 37052 Registration: YJ06 XMC Route: X1 to Huddersfield Filmed back in March, we find ourselves on a trip on First Halifax’s 37052 on the X1 towards Huddersfield. An absolutely beautiful motor this was, especially climbing up Ainley Top! Unfortunately a few weeks after this was taken, it was withdrawn along with 37046 which were Halifax’s last 2 in service. As of May 2024, all of First West Yorkshire’s B7TLs have been withdrawn and either sold on or sent to scrap. Only a handful remain in service with First around England and Wales.
