For the Jerk Tofu, I pressed the tofu, sliced them, poked some holes in it and added about ⅓ cup of jerk sauce over to marinate it in. I left it for at least 3 hours but you could do overnight. Then I baked it at 450F for 15 minutes on a grill pan!
