Today's recipe is a healthy apple cake, easy to prepare and full of flavor. An option that doesn't use wheat flour or sugar in its preparation (only the natural sugars from the fruit). Check out the recipe details: Ingredients: 2 grated apples 3 eggs ½ cup of dried fruit 1 cup of oat bran ½ cup of chopped nuts 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon ½ tablespoon of ground ginger Preparation Method: 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding the baking powder last; 2. Pour into a baking pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test to check if the cake is baked.
