Dwangarbeid voor de nazi's | ANDERE TIJDEN

Along the European west coast, from the North Cape in Norway to the Spanish border, they still stand: thousands of German bunkers of the Atlantic Wall, spread over more than 5,000 kilometers. They still stand in the Netherlands, too. Hoek van Holland was one of the most important locations of the Atlantic Wall for the Germans, due to its access to the port of Rotterdam. We visit the Atlantic Wall Museum, together with Roel van Duijn, the son of one of the forced laborers. Andere Tijden, the history program about (almost) forgotten events from recent history. Andere Tijden is produced by the NTR for NPO2. Check anderetijden.nl for the full episodes. More from Andere Tijden?
