D44 Cut & Turn with CAD Delete
In this video, I walk through a Dana 44 cut and turn with a CAD delete to correct driveshaft angle issues and restore proper caster after suspension changes. This axle is going under a Tahoe, but the process applies to any vehicle running a Dana 44/60 that needs better drivability, improved steering feel, and reduced vibration. This is a real-world fabrication job, not a showroom build. If you’re lifting a rig and want it to drive right again, this is one of the most effective fixes. Built by experience, not perfection — 90% Man.
