Is Ruthin the most charming town in Wales ?

The most charming town in Wales is said to be Ruthin, Denbighshire. Steeped in history and full of charming old buildings. It was described by the former chairman of the National Trust as "the most charming small town in Wales". High praise indeed. We enjoyed a wander around the town, discovering what it has to offer while on a recent trip to North Wales.
