The prisoners are 16, 25 and 32 years old, part of this term is being served in the Chernihiv region. This is about 36-year-old Maksym Voluzhys, who in 2008 in Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson region, together with 10 friends, beat three men. One of them died in the hospital, they left the bodies of the others in the field. The man told about how he was in the then occupied Kherson SIZO, about the abuse of prisoners by Russians and the escape from the institution. 43-year-old Oleksandr Nikolayenko and 45-year-old Dmytro Kaliy, who, together with a friend, killed two students with their hands, feet and sticks from a bench. All three were sentenced to life imprisonment. 62-year-old Viktor Suprun, who in 1991 killed an acquaintance in Russia, for which he was sentenced to death and served time in the "Black Dolphin" colony, which was considered the most severe prison in Russia. He was then extradited to Ukraine. They are all currently serving sentences in a colony in the Chernihiv region. According to the administration, there are currently 115 convicts in this institution, 78 of whom are serving life sentences. About half of them wrote appeals to the president to mobilize. All of them were refused.
