Acha & Mayat take on Bash & Abu Raje

What a battle this turned out to be! Acha & Mayat took the opening set 6-4 with aggressive shot-making and smart tactical play. Bash & Abu Raje responded like true competitors, taking the second set 6-2 with their outstanding defensive skills and relentless retrievals. The deciding set was building into something special. Momentum was swinging, we were finding our rhythm, and everyone on court wanted to see how it would end... but unfortunately, time ran out. One of my best attacking performances in a while. The shot selection felt sharp, the placement was on point, and the cross-court smashes from around the service line were flying. Mayat was exceptional too, using deep lobs and precision placement into the corners to keep the pressure on throughout. Credit to Bash & Abu Raje—they defend incredibly well and force you to earn every single point. We had to raise the intensity, and this was one of those matches where every rally felt like a chess match. No winner in the final set because of the time limit, but what a game. Hopefully we get the rematch soon because everyone wanted to finish this one! Acha – Cut from a Different Cloth.
