Rustic Campfire Breakfast Worth Waking Up For

There's something special about cooking breakfast over an open fire. In this video I head down to my campsite, light the campfire and cook a simple but incredibly delicious shakskuka in a cast iron pan. With rich tomatoes, spices, perfectly cooked eggs and thick crusty bread to soak up every last bit of sauce, this has to be one of my favourite campfire breakfasts.
