Crispy pan-seared chicken breast in a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce — perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special meal. Serve it with spaghetti, pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. Simple ingredients, amazing flavor! Chicken in a creamy sauce with cherry tomatoes and pasta Ingredients: 1 chicken fillet Salt Black pepper Paprika Flour (for breading) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 1 onion Cherry tomatoes 1 cup cream (250 ml) Cheese – 100 g Pasta Instructions: Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Lightly coat the chicken in flour. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Add the garlic and fry for another 2 minutes. Pour in the cream. Add the cheese and stir until completely melted and smooth. Return the chicken to the pan along with the creamy sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
