Inclus Academy: Kickstart your risk management process with confidence

In this Inclus Academy session, we walked through how to build and run a risk management process in Inclus — step by step, from setup to action. We began with the core workflow: risk identification, collaborative assessment, visual analysis, and decision-making based on combined facts and stakeholder insights. We then demonstrated two approaches to building a risk register — importing existing data from Excel and building one from scratch using the Inclus AI assistant, which can analyze documents and suggest relevant risks and categories automatically. We also showed how to run participatory sessions with stakeholders and how AI can support the entire process, from prioritizing risks to generating executive summaries from collected comments.
