Spektrum S100 Smart Charger trouble shooting G2 battery charging Hobby Horizon

This video is for Horizon Hobby who asked me to make a short video describing my issues. My question is, if they cannot read G2 batteries, will these chargers maybe still charge the older dumb batteries? Is this a wide spread issue for S100 chargers? If so, can I return all my s100 chargers for a credit towards a better model? Will the Spektrum Smart Charger be the smart choice in the end? What are your experiences with the Smart Charging System? What kind of batteries and connectors are you using? Who makes the best chargers and batteries?
