The best laid plans by Alba, Daryll and Air go awry in a fast-moving pandemic. In Hong Kong, Alba tries to establish a modern image for her brother’s toilet seat business to attract younger customers. But her initiative a cold reception. Alba contemplates leaving Hong Kong, but fears being locked out of the city by the pandemic, if she needs to care for her parents. As she discusses her plan with her father, tears flow. Over in Singapore, a change in work-from-home policy ruffles feathers in the Ong household. With his wife now required to return to the office, Daryll suggests hiring a live-in helper to care for their newborn, but he faces resistance from his sisters who live under the same roof. Meanwhile, new COVID-19 rules bring fresh challenges to his hiring plan. In Bangkok, Air tries to look for a full-time NGO job, as sales of her homemade chilli paste continues to dwindle. Despite having the right experience, she discovers she’s out of touch with job hunting skills.
