KING SALMON LANDED!!!! Early season river fishing for kings in Michigan August 9, 2023
In this video I grind it out on the river to catch my first King Salmon of year. It took a couple trips up north to finally put one on the bank, but it was definitely worth it my only regret was I didn't get a weight for this fish cause it was a big one. Hopefully I will be able to post more videos of me catching kings and other species of salmon in the river and show you guys the viewers how I get it done. Hope everyone is excited to get out there and catch some salmon this season. I will say smaller spinners seamed to get the fishes attention more and didn't spook them off so keep that in mind if you plan on hitting up the rivers for some early fish. Also be carful cause I have been seeing fish with flies and hooks in their backs already; my fish I landed had a lead minnow in its side. Id also like to apologies about my go pro acting up and at the worst time also If anyone has any tips on that Id appreciate the advice thx.
