We started our morning in Bloomsbury, tucked away down a picturesque cobbled mews near Russell Square, to visit the famous Fortitude Bakehouse. Known for its incredible Moroccan-inspired craft baking and sourdough pastries, we joined the queue to grab some of their legendary sweet treats. Afterward, we made our way to the Southbank to visit the free "LAIKA: Frame x Frame" exhibition at the BFI Southbank Centre. As huge fans of stop-motion animation, seeing the actual physical puppets, miniature sets, and intricate props from Coraline, ParaNorman, and Kubo and the Two Strings in person was absolutely mind-blowing. We wrapped up our perfect summer day by relaxing in the park, enjoying the sunshine, and strolling along the River Thames.
