Cómo hacer fartons | Dulce tradicional de la comunidad valenciana

Fartons are a typical sweet treat from the Valencian community. They are long, sugar-coated buns that are usually served with and dipped in horchata, a refreshing drink made from a plant called tiger nut, also very typical of that region. Although, as they are a fluffy, sweet bun, they can also be enjoyed with coffee or hot chocolate.
