These natural sulphur baths and hot springs looked absolutely beautiful, but the rotten egg smell was something else… After visiting Baños de la Hedionda, our road trip through southern Spain got even more chaotic. We took Big Blue, our self-converted Peugeot Boxer campervan, through some of the narrowest streets, steepest roads and most questionable mountain routes we’ve ever driven in Spain to reach Ronda and the famous Puente Nuevo bridge. Ronda is one of the most beautiful towns in Andalusia, but getting there in a van was not exactly easy! Did our van make it? Were the stinky Roman baths worth the drive?
