Crochet: How to Upcycle A TShirt – Resizing My OId Band Shirts

This is a crochet tutorial on how I resized my an old band shirt, using a sewing machine and basic crochet stitches. Video tutorial for Single Crochet and Double Crochet used in this pattern:    • Crochet: How to Single Crochet SC, Double ...   In this video I am using a 4mm hook and 8 ply yarn, but you may adjust to suit your shirt. I am using a TShirt from the music festival Soundwave which used to tour Australia until a few years ago. This particular shirt is from 2009 and is well loved. I used: a rotary blade and cutting board for cutting the shirt into pieces, and a skip stitch blade for adding the holes to crochet into. -You may use scissors and an awl instead if that suits you better. Sewing pins and clips to help with the sewing and trying on.
