A Very Thermomix Christmas | Episode 1 | Make Ahead Stocking Fillers

Join the wonderful Terri, one of our fabulous Recipe Developers in prepping for Christmas with these make ahead sticking fillers. The Stilton and Walnut Biscuits are great to make ahead as you can make the biscuit logs and put them in the freezer until you need them. Simply take them out of the freezer and leave in the fridge the night before needed to defrost, then slice and bake according to the recipe. There are a range of biscuits like this on Cookidoo that can be premade and frozen, such as the Parmesan Shortbreads with Fennel and Chilli, which are great for entertaining, or the Chocolate Orange Pinwheel Biscuits which are fun to make with the kids.
