Tuned 16" i9 MacBook Pro Cinebench scores - no performance drops with extensive use of thermal pads

We perform these modification on all MacBooks in our lab, with very consistent improvement in performance, noise level and power consumption (as it drops with lower temperature and slower fan spin). This will largely prevent throttling by cooling both chips and the VRM section on the motherboard. Still the 96w PSU will be a huge pain in the ass.
