TimberKing 6000 Automated Lube (will it work…?)

Of course this will work on any TimberKing sawmill, just as it will on this TimberKing 6000 shown in this video. The problem with the standard, factory version of TimberKing sawmills is all of the unnecessary steps back and forth to turn on blade lube and shut it off. It’s also impossible to get the factory plastic flow valve set properly. You are either not getting enough to the blade or entirely to much and wasting water, or in my case diesel fuel. For quite sometime now I’ve been using Windshield washer fluid and Cotton Picker Spindle Cleaner/Detergent. This is way cheaper than diesel fuel, and does an excellent job of keeping the blade and guide rollers clean. This system shown in the video is what I created for my TimberKing 2220 and it literally cut down on my blade lube usage by over 75%. No more waste, because I can control exactly how much lube I want and it stays set the same without me jacking with it all the time. No more replacing plastic valves all the time and makes my sawmill way more efficient! You can get more information about this system on my website below, as well as my contact information.
