Hi everyone, Welcome to the RESEP ERLITA YouTube channel ❤️ In this video, I'll share my family's favorite side dish during Ramadan 🫰 "CHICKEN GALANTIN" It's delicious, savory, slightly sweet, and has a super soft texture, plus the broth is so bouncy 👍 It keeps you coming back for more 😍 It's also perfect for frozen food ideas 😘 Here's the recipe 👇 Galantin ingredients: 8 tablespoons breadcrumbs 10 tablespoons full-cream UHT milk 500 grams chicken fillet (breast skin on) Weight after filleting 2 eggs 4 cloves garlic 1/2 onion 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon mushroom stock 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1 1/2 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce Oil to taste for frying Banana leaves for wrapping Toothpicks / skewers Sauce Ingredients: 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1/2 onion 1 tablespoon butter/margarine 30 grams medium-protein flour 600 ml chicken stock or plain water 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon mushroom stock 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1-2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (If you prefer a thicker sauce, add cornstarch dissolved in a little water) Additional Ingredients: Boiled carrots, corn, and green beans French fries Lettuce Chili sauce, if desired One recipe makes 4 pieces.
