We've been planning this trip since 2019, and dreaming about it even longer. We finally managed to do our Northern Ireland road trip! Of course, we couldn't miss the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, and the Dark Hedges, but we also saw castles, both ruined like Dunluce and still in use like Hillsborough. A whiskey distillery tour is a must, but we also visited a chocolate factory and foraged for mushrooms and herbs in the woods.
