He received donations from members of parliament totaling no less than 500 million pounds and is involved in a tourist village with Senator Walid Zeitoun, who paid 50 million pounds during his candidacy. That's 1150 pounds for the fire extinguisher alone (420 pounds), a plastic file (2 pounds), and a form under the guise of "license issuance fees," in addition to other scams. Each license incurs fees of 1415 pounds, which he collects and distributes in envelopes every month to the officials who cover for him and protect him. The case involves several officials holding sensitive positions, including the head of the State Security sector in Kafr El-Sheikh. The men are running it.
