A Tour Around Molly Stark Sanatorium, Stark County Ohio!

Molly Stark Sanatorium is a former tuberculosis hospital built in 1929 to accommodate the growing need for treatment facilities. In the 1950's, the TB threat had become much less prominent and this hospital become a general hospital to cut down the deficit and bring in more patients. Since then this building has been home to many different people and businesses. In the 90's it closed down completely and due to asbestos, this building now stands empty, abandoned and barricaded away for nature to reclaim until the day someone is able to do something with this.
