Finding Balance Between Feminine Energy Characteristics And Masculine Traits | Coach Sean Smith

✔️SUBSCRIBE✔️    / @coachseansmith   Toxic masculinity, toxic femininity – you’ve heard the buzzwords. But what’s it all about? In this video, I describe the masculine and feminine energy characteristics we all possess. I explain how masculine traits can be toxic to wounded femininity. And I introduce neuro-transformation – a process for reconciling your feminine and masculine energies, healing your inner wounds, and freeing yourself up for a fulfilled, joyous life. I’ve been coaching primarily female clients for over 14 years. We frequently discuss feminine and masculine traits, attitudes, and actions, and how they affect relationships. Regardless of gender, each of us carries within us both masculine and feminine energy. Feminine energy characteristics include passivity, a “we” mentality rather than a “me vs you” mindset, and the desire to retreat when hurt. The wounded feminine doesn’t want to attack back. Think of it this way: if you’re bitten by a dog, you either go after the dog (masculine response), or you hide (feminine response). Masculine traits make you rigid, forceful, and protective. Masculinity doesn’t show weakness or vulnerability. Responding to your wounds with masculine energy means fighting until you dominate. This is when masculine energy can become toxic to others – or to yourself. Many women let their masculine side attack their wounded femininity. I’ve seen female entrepreneurs set aside feminine energy characteristics in favor of ruthless masculinity to succeed in business. But too often, they abuse the little girl inside themselves, saying she’s not good enough. Toxic masculinity shows up in your relationships and even in your soul. How do you balance your feminine and masculine energies? You transform your neurology. Book a free session with a neuro-transformational coach today: http://www.coachseansmith.com/try-coa...
