An abandoned starving dog sat outside the same restaurant every day, quietly watching people eat while hoping someone would finally notice him. This dog rescue gave one forgotten rescue dog a true second chance and led him to the forever home every abandoned dog deserves. A kind hearted lady was having a meal when she spotted the same skinny dog sitting near the entrance. Day after day, he watched every customer. Some shared a few scraps, but most walked past without stopping. She couldn't forget his face, so she recorded a short video, sent us his location, and asked if we could rescue him before it was too late. That rainy night, we drove there hoping he was still alive.
