(for brushing) Sesame seeds — optional Olive oil — for serving For the fruit galette: Peaches — 2 pcs. Sugar — 1–2 tbsp. Egg — 1 pc. (for brushing) Nuts (chopped) — 1 handful Powdered sugar or honey — for serving 👩‍🍳 Instructions Dough: Mix the quark, cold butter, and salt with a fork. Add the flour and baking powder, quickly rub with your hands into crumbs, and form into a ball. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Vegetable: Slice the vegetables into rounds. Roll out half of the dough, spread cream cheese in the center, and arrange the vegetables. Fold the edges, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180–190 °C for about 40 minutes. Fruit: Slice the peaches into thin wedges. Roll out the other half of the dough, arrange the peaches, and sprinkle with sugar. Fold the edges, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 180–190 °C for about 40 minutes. Serving: Drizzle the savory galette with olive oil, and sprinkle the sweet one with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey.
