Who better than a Doctor, a Teacher and a Soldier besides being a wife and a mother to answer this question. Retd. Lt Gen Madhuri Kanitkar talks about how multitasking is synonymous with Women. Listen to her talk to find out her formula of using one’s head while dealing with self and heart while dealing with others that helped her navigate all challenges of life. LT. Gen. Madhuri Kanitkar is the third woman and the first Pediatrician in the Indian Army to reach the three-star rank. An alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College of 1978 batch, she has had the distinction of being first in Pune University in all the three phases of MBBS and was awarded the President’s Gold Medal for the best outgoing student of the graduate wing in academics and extra- curricular activities in 1982. She has a vast professional and teaching experience with a large number of publications to her credit. A guest speaker at various national and international conferences, her pride has been to wear three hats with elan and reaching the pinnacle in each sphere- that of a Teacher, Soldier and a Doctor.
