He shares how a strict Christian upbringing, religious coercion, and fear of sin and hell left deep scars on his life. Spiritual abuse is often invisible and difficult to recognize, especially within closed faith communities. Dirk breaks the taboo by speaking about religious trauma, ecclesiastical manipulation, and the mental consequences of an upbringing that prohibited doubt and personal choices. It is important that the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is made available to everyone who will accept Him and enter a new life through Him. That's our first priority! But the story is the story.
